This page explains what data we collect on this website and how we use it. Written simply, without legal noise.
What data we collect
The website does not require registration or personal data input. The server records standard technical log data (IP address, time of visit, browser type) used by the hosting provider for security and debugging.
Activity measurement
With your explicit consent, we may send a strictly limited set of anonymous events to PostHog EU: visit start, page view and selected business actions such as calling, directions or price-list downloads. We do not send URLs, query strings, hashes, user agents, device data, free text or a persistent identifier. Every event uses a new one-time UUID and $process_person_profile:false.
Cookies
The essential language preference works without analytics consent. Your analytics decision is stored locally for 365 days. PostHog uses memory-only persistence with no profiles, autocapture, session replay, surveys or feature flags. You can withdraw consent through Privacy settings in the footer; withdrawal applies across open tabs.
External services
The menu link opens the restaurant’s local price list. Directions opens Google Maps, which may collect data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete personal data we have collected, as well as the right to object to processing. Requests can be made by phone or in person at the restaurant.
