What data we collect
The website does not require registration or personal data input. The server records standard technical log data (IP address, time of visit, browser type) used by the hosting provider for security and debugging.
Activity measurement
The site includes a helper that can record anonymous events (e.g. clicks on Call, Directions, Menu). It is currently not connected to an external analytics tool (such as Google Analytics). If we connect one in the future, we will update this page and add consent controls where needed.
Cookies
We currently use only technical cookies necessary for the site to work (such as language selection). We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
External services
Clicking the View full menu link opens the official price list on Remaris. Clicking Directions opens Google Maps. These services may collect their own data under their own privacy policies.

You have the right to access, correct and delete personal data we have collected, as well as the right to object to processing. Requests can be made by phone or in person at the restaurant.
